Lonhro gelding who possesses a high cruising speed not dissimilar to stablemate Denman. Recorded outstanding splits last start at Sandown in a Benchmark 68 that put it comfortably on top. Leads here and Caulfield really suits.
Rosehill Race 6 # 1 Manhattan Rain
Touted as being disappointing after missing the start and getting well back last start. But the fact that the leading division hadn't gone quickly and ran 34.15 for the last 600 meant that Manhattan Rain required a final 600 of around 33.20 (on a Slow track) to run them down. It's final splits were 11.25, 11.06 and 11.97. Gets a good track tomorrow and will atone.

Very talented filly with the Graham Begg stables who has produced excellent ratings at last two starts. Goes around here at $41 which seems well over the odds in a race with many chances.
